For the “rock hound”, and worth the price of admission alone,  is a mineral display that showcases Cripple Creek “tellurides-of-gold-ore.” A life long collection of former Cripple Creek prospector/miner Melvin Anderson,  offers a  rare  chance to examine gold ore samples from historic mines of the Cripple Creek District.
